The purpose of this study is to provide benchmark measuring regarding attitudes about marriage in Kentucky. In May 2004, the Research Center for Families and Children in cooperation with the Survey Research Center (both at the University of Kentucky) gathered data from throughout the Commonwealth. A majority of the questions for the survey were similar to questions developed as part of the 2001 Oklahoma Baseline Survey on Marriage and Divorce. (Author abstract).
