This streaming video of the National Healthy Marriage Resource Center Webinar Training entitled “”Retention : If Participants Were Boomerangs …”” held August 15, 2007 discusses grantee concepts and frameworks for programs that promote service delivery, recruitment and retention of marriage education participants.
This presentation provides attendees with strategies to address three key start-up and operational aspects of their healthy marriage programs–service delivery strategy, personnel, and logistics, and their implications on a successful program launch. Includes concepts and frameworks for programs that want to enhance service delivery, retention and recruitment. (Author abstract)
The learning objectives of this presentation were: 1) to understand the various stages involved in successfully recruiting participants into healthy marriage programs; 2) learn about marketing and recruitment strategies, challenges, and successes from three healthy marriage programs; and 3) gain insights to help attendees develop appropriate marketing and recruitment strategies.
The learning objective of this presentation is to assist webinar attendees in developing a better understanding of faith-based regulations; and how they apply to programmatic activities and strategies to ensure their faith-based partners are supported and comply with regulations.
