This DVD curriculum discusses communication strategies that can be used to enhance love relationships. The DVD is approximately 1-hour long and includes a 5 minute tutorial on how to lead a small group through the curriculum, a presentation on leading a successful small group session, six video sessions on couple communication, and a preview of additional products. The six sessions address: the fundamentals of communication, strategies for overcoming fear factors and creating a relational safety zone, identifying your personal talk style, how individuals can leverage their talk style and enjoy heart-to-heart talks with their partners, when couples should not talk, and positive self-talk. A guide accompanies the DVD and provides an outline of each of the sessions, and suggests workbook exercises to use with the curriculum.
