This lively program helps young people build self-awareness, empathy, and social skills when working in a group. Ten one-hour lessons identify behavior strengths and weaknesses, what factors motivate personal choices, and the importance of understanding and respecting individual differences.
The kit includes: one Instructor Manual and one Participant Workbook (complete with I-Sight self-assessment instrument). The Instructor’s Manual is a three-ring binder containing various instructional strategies, activities, discussion questions for each of the ten lessons, reproductible overhead transparency masters and participant name tent card master.
