Chapters address: myths that time can be stopped and that time can be saved; the impact of busyness on a marriage and how to battle busyness; different time styles and identifying a time style; priorities and making time together; maximizing spare time; preventing time stealers; making the most of mealtimes; choosing more time rather than more money; and making time for rest, recreation, and restoration. Chapters close with reflection questions and with a reference to a workbook exercises. Throughout the text reference is made to the Time-Style Marriage Assessment, an online assessment for identifying an individual’s time style.
