Better Marriages Georgia is a chapter of Better Marriages, an international, nonprofit, non-sectarian organization whose purpose is to promote better marriages by providing enrichment opportunities and resources that strengthen couple relationships, increase intimacy and enhance personal growth, mutual fulfillment and family wellness. Better Marriage is a network of couples and professionals in the field of marriage education and enrichment dedicated to enriching their own marriages and other marriages in their communities. Trained lay-couples facilitate various types of events throughout Georgia and neighboring states.

Building Strong Families, Inc. is an in-home program for couples who want their relationship to last. Using John Gottman’s Loving Couples, Loving Children curriculum, we provide couples with the skills and tools to obtain and sustain a healthy and happy relationship.

Future Foundation, Inc. is one of the fastest growing youth development agencies in the nation – offering a safe haven to thousands of youth at risk in grades 5-12, and providing innovative programs for long-term empowerment.  At the heart of Future Foundation’s mission is to level the playing field for Metro Atlanta youth by providing quality educational, health, and life skills programs.  Their five agency programs provide an extensive community-engaged, education-based module to support the academic, social and physical development of youth.

Gifted Counseling is a private practice which specializes in providing support to couples. This is done in two ways; through teaching, and counseling. Couples, individual, and group counseling is provided. Monthly couples seminar topics include Conflict Resolution, Communication, Intimacy, and Infidelity.

HEARTS strengthens families by providing evidence-based parenting programs and workshops, and we build the capacity for community change by providing facilitator trainings to community leaders. We have programs designed for families with children of all age-groups, as well as a scripture-based program called Nurturing God’s Way.

Right from the Start is a community based marriage and family initiative dedicated to building strong marriages and families. The goals for RFTS are to lower the divorce rate, and the rate of out-of-wedlock pregnancies, and to increase father involvement in the lives of children in Muscogee County. We do this through media messaging and education.
