ACHMI believes that healthy marriages/relationships benefit everyone. Adults, children and communities alike reap the rewards when marriages are stable and children thrive.

Auburn University
The Alabama Healthy Marriage and Relationship Education Initiative (AHMREI) is a large-scale partnership among Auburn University’s Center for Children, Youth and Families (within the Department of Human Development and Family Studies), 10 Family Resource Centers around the state, the Alabama Department of Children Affairs, the Alabama Cooperative Extension System and corresponding local partners that include domestic violence prevention, school systems, child support agencies, Children’s Policy Councils and Head Start Centers.

Just the Facts is an organization which holds workshops throughout Alabama to stress the importance of a healthy marriage, the positive impact that an intact family has on children, and the importance of fathers in the home. The programs offer a valuable opportunity for participants to learn practical skills for overcoming issues and connecting with each other.  The mission of Just the Facts, a subsidiary of Healthy You, Inc., is to teach the importance of a healthy marriage and the positive impact an intact family has on children.
