The Office of Samoan Affairs is a nonprofit, community-centered organization, with offices in Northern and Southern California, serving the Native Hawaiian and Other Pacific Islander (NHOPI) community in the area of family and children’s services for over 35 years. OSA’s culturally/linguistically-specific programs address multiple issues related to healthy marriage promotion, including employment, housing, health care access, education, family preservation and reunification, domestic violence, juvenile delinquency and eldercare.
